How to prep your new dive mask before first use

ATTENTION: This tutorial applies only to masks with tempered glass lenses. Masks with resin/polycarbonate lenses require no preparation before use.

How do I know if the dive mask fits my face?

Our masks feature a soft silicone skirt that adapts to most face shapes. You can find the detailed dimensions in the Spec sheet tab on each product page. Up to now, we have not received any returns due to the mask size.

How do I choose the right correction for my vision?

If you’re unsure about which lens strength to select for your diving mask or swimming goggles, simply send us a photo or scan of your prescription at contact@beseas.com. Our team will help you choose the right correction.

Can I get a progressive or multifocal mask?

No, our masks only come with single spherical correction lenses.

Do you accept prescriptions with cylinder (astigmatism) or prism?

Currently, our corrective lenses only cover spherical corrections. Prescriptions with prism are not compatible with our masks. For astigmatism, a small cylinder (up to 1.00) can often be ignored without significantly affecting vision underwater. For larger cylinder (1.00 and more), please contact us.

Do you offer an express delivery service?

At the moment, we do not offer express delivery.

Can I track my order?

Our global logistics partners usually provide a tracking number only a few days before delivery. To get your tracking number or check the status of your order, feel free to contact us.

Why is my order shipped in multiple parcels?

For logistical reasons, different items in your order may be shipped separately. The delivery time remains the same for all parcels.

If you still haven’t received your order after 15 days, please contact us. We will follow up with our delivery partner and keep you updated as soon as possible.
