How to read my prescription?+
To finalize the purchase of your goggles, you must pick an appropriate lens strength. Lens strength is the first number (SPH) on your eyeglass prescription:

If your eyes have different prescriptions, you can choose the average of both values (here, -4.25). If your final prescription is not available, round it down to the nearest unit available (so -4.25 would be -4.00).
If the difference in correction between your two eyes is too great (>1.00), we recommend ordering our OPUS goggles, which offers a different correction for each eye.
