How to read my prescription?+

To finalize the purchase of your mask, you must pick an appropriate lens strength. Lens strength is the first number (SPH) on your eyeglass prescription:

The - sign indicates myopia (nearsightedness), the + sign hyperopia (farsightedness). For this single-prescription mask, use the lowest of the two values (in this example, +3.75). If your exact prescription is not available, round it to the nearest unit (here, +4.00). If your lowest prescription value is +x.50, round it down (e.g. for a correction of +5.50, round down to +5.00).

➝ Some optometrists indicate corrections in hundreds, e.g. +450, +375 (i.e. +4.50, +3.75). 
➝ Our prescription masks are not suitable for people with severe astigmatism (CYL > -2.00), anisometropia or other vision impairments requiring bifocals or more complex lenses.
